Submitted by admin on Tuesday, 28 July 2009No Comment

303178_beer_-_texture_2The Black Velvet is a simple, long drink. It is stout in every sense of the word, and probably only suitable for those with a strong stomach.

Black Velvet recipe

Serves: 1

  • Half champagne flute of stout – normally Guinness
  • Half champagne flute of champagne

Instructions:  Pour the stout into a champagne flute. Add the champagne by pouring it over the back of a spoon. The two liquids should remain separate in the glass.
