The Brain Haemorrhage is the perfect Halloween cocktail. It is also suitable for scaring small children – but not for offering to small children, obviously.
Brain Haemorrhage recipe
Serves: 1
- 1 measure Irish cream
- 2 measures peach schnapps
- A few drops of grenadine
Instructions: Pour the peach schnapps into the bottom of your shot glass. Then add the Irish cream and watch a brain-like globule form in the glass. Finally, add the grenadine slowly – and watch the brain haemorrhage. Lovely.
